Billy Graham's Message: "God Is Unchanging"
Billy Graham begins his message in Hebrews chapter 12. In his message he illustrates that we are living in a changing world. There are changes in weather patterns, political changes, social changes, economic changes. But there are some things that never change. The laws of nature, God, the moral law hasn't changed. God has no beginning and He has no end. God is unchanging in His judgment. We will all have to give an account of the life we lived and all that we've done. God is unchanging in His love. While we were yet sinners Christ died for us. The Word of God hasn't changed. The human heart has not changed. The heart is deceitful and wicked. The moral law (the Ten Commandments) hasn't changed. The way of salvation hasn't changed. There is no other name under heaven whereby we may be saved. Jesus came to die and shed His blood to make atonement for our sin.
